Dayton Barber College
Dayton Barber College is an Ohio-based barbering school that offers two major barbering arts programs.
The two programs include several classes and approaches to barbering that focus exclusively on covering all of the requirements for becoming a professionally licensed barber.
The Barber / Stylist program offers technical and scientific practices of study, covering topics like shaving, the chemistry of hair control, tool use, hygienic practices, and bacteriology.
The second portion of the program includes regular men's haircutting, razor styling, shampooing, scalp treatment, and barbershop management and maintenance.
The second course is the Barber / Stylist for Licensed Cosmetologists Program that offers courses is marketed to professionals and teaches the processes of haircutting, shaving, hair relaxing, waving, different cream facials, razor cutting, scalp treatments, barbering laws, salesmanship, and more.
